Interests

I'm currently undertaking a PhD under Professor Martin Knight and Dr Timothy Hopkins until 2029. My project focusses on incorporating a macrophage population into the already published human vascularised synovium-on-a-chip model, and using this model to investigate the relationship between inflammation and glucose concentration, modelling hyperglycaemic spikes in the circulation and how this influences an inflamed synovium.
