Organ-on-a-chip model of atherosclerosis based on the Emulate chip

Interests

My interest focus is developing an organ-on-a-chip model capable of stimulating arterial endothelial cells to replicate the artery and mimic the biomechanical environment that predisposes to atherosclerosis. After validating the atherosclerotic chip model in terms of primary cilia expression, I am also interested in testing whether it can prevent atherosclerosis.
