Interests

Develop an in vitro model: organ on a chip, that incorporates active cells to permit a meticulous in vitro study of human physiology and pathophysiology. This will recreate the functions of a native human organ, reconstructing the architecture to model the physiochemical cues of healthy and pathological tendon behaviour, to explore tendinopathy within the model applying mechanisms through tendon injury.
